Automated savings estimate

See what your processing costs could look like.

Enter recent processing totals. We’ll estimate your current costs, model an interchange-plus proposal, and tell you honestly whether switching appears worthwhile.

Preview only. Enter test totals. Pricing is hypothetical and must not guide financial decisions.

Step 1

Enter your totals

If your processing statement or dashboard clearly shows these totals, enter them for one to three months. We’ll work out your effective rate and model the estimate with lower evidence confidence.

Where to find these totals

Labels vary by provider and statement version, so treat these as a starting point, not an exact menu path.

ProviderWhere to look
SquareDashboard payment reports or the monthly processing statement. Filter to card payments. Use card-processed volume, card transaction count, and processing fees; an unfiltered Sales summary or Total collected can include cash and other tenders.
StripeDashboard, usually under Reports > Balance summary or Payments, for Gross volume, Fees, and Count.
Clover / FiservClover Dashboard, usually under Reporting > Payments, or the monthly merchant statement Summary section, for Total sales, Number of items, and Total fees.
ToastToast Web, usually under Reports > Payments summary, or the monthly statement.
Heartland / Global PaymentsMonthly statement summary, usually for Total sales, Total items, and Total fees or Total charged.
Elavon / U.S. BankMonthly statement summary, usually for Total sales or Volume, Number of items or Transactions, and Total fees.
Chase Payment SolutionsMonthly statement summary, usually for Total sales or Volume, Number of items or Transactions, and Total fees.
Worldpay / VantivMonthly statement, usually in the Summary of fees and Card summary sections.
Any monthly statementLook for Total sales or Volume, Number of items or Transactions, and Total fees or Total charged to account.

Use the same period and card-payment scope for all three totals. Do not use all-tender sales, bank deposits, or net payouts as card volume. Exclude cash, gift cards, and other non-card tenders. Do not include refunds, chargebacks, or equipment costs in fees. If a dashboard total is unclear, request a consultation.

Enter your totals to see your effective rate.

The selected month count, normalized aggregate totals, and fixed classification codes are sent for calculation. No name, account number, source text, or contact information is sent. Hosting providers may retain operational request metadata.
